Return Policy
Overview
At Erode, we offer flexible return options based on your preference. You have two ways to return your purchase:
- Refund: Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase with your return.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start the return process, email help@erodeatelier.com with your order number and details.
- Return Approval: If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Unapproved Returns: Items sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds and Store Credit
- Refunds: If you request a refund within 15 days of delivery and your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
- Store Credit: If you request a return between 15 and 30 days of delivery, you will receive a credit for the value of your purchase, which can be used for future orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: Verify that the refund has not already been posted.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary.
- Bank Inquiry: Reach out to your bank; it may take 5–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if an item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping Insurance: For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Cost Deduction: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount
- Return Acceptance Days: Please make a note on the label that our warehouse accepts parcels only on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Return packages that are delivered on Saturday or Sunday may not be accepted.
